Breach of this Code may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Dads for Dads 24-Hour Endurance Challenge ("the Event").
I understand that participation is entirely optional, that I may withdraw at any time, and that I am under no obligation to complete any part of the Event.
I acknowledge that the Event involves physically and mentally demanding activities, including but not limited to:
I understand these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, heat stress, dehydration, fatigue, cardiac or respiratory events, and drowning or water-related injury.
To the extent permitted by law, I release Dads for Dads, its directors, staff, volunteers, and associated entities from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I confirm that I am medically fit to participate in a 24-hour endurance event. I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions in the previous step. I agree to immediately notify event staff if my condition changes during the Event.
I consent to being photographed and filmed during the Event. I understand that footage may be used in documentary, social media, and promotional materials for Dads for Dads Foundation. If you do not consent, please notify the event team on the day.
